THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The construction is pathetic, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd purchased something decent instead. Save
